Our staffed hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 10am - 7pm
Friday: 10am - 4pm
Saturday: 9am - 12pm
During these times, our team is available to assist you with any questions or support you may need.
Our gym includes top-of-the-line fitness equipment, a large traditional sauna, group fitness classes, personal training, a 360 Evolt body scanner, ample parking, and more.
You can sign up online or visit us in person during staffed hours. For online registration, simply fill out our membership form, and we'll guide you through the rest.

Our minimum age to join is 14 years. Members aged 14-16 may only train during staffed hours with supervision, while those aged 17-18 can train without parental supervision. However, all members under 18 must obtain parental permission to train at our gym.
Certainly! You can put your membership on hold if you need to take a break with reasonable reasoning. We offer flexible hold options with written notice. Please refer to our hold policy in our terms and conditions or contact us to discuss the details.
